OUR PROCESS

Your dedicated Account Manager will complete a Client Profile Analysis meeting with you to build an extensive profile of the type of candidates that would be a match for your opening(s). We go beyond experience and look for other components such as career goals, leadership philosophies, prior accomplishments, relocation flexibility, education and overall culture fit. We work as a true extension of your team so we gather as much information as possible about your company.

On commencement of the staffing project, 33% of the agreed upon flat fee is due. This allows us to cover expenditures necessary to begin your search. Complete Search utilizes over 40 sources when locating top talent. We believe that a comprehensive solution is necessary to ensure that the best talent available is presented for your review. The area where our company stands out is in direct sourcing. This allows us to present candidates that you may not typically have access too.

All candidates are taken through a 30 to 45 minute screen to determine if they are a match to your opening. This screening is executed by a trained Talent Specialist. The candidate is then typically sent out to visit the location and/or do additional research when possible. During presentation, a resume and completed reference checks are accompanied by our screening notes and recommendation, along with availability for interviewing in the upcoming weeks. After 30 days of working the assignment another 33% is invoiced.

CSS remains in contact with the candidates after they have been presented and will facilitate the recruitment process, including confirming interviews, offer presentation, turn downs, background checks and relocation assistance as needed. We also provide support to the candidates as they transition into their new positions - a critical area that will support onboarding and retention.

In all cases, you will receive a selection of top candidates. Depending on the level of candidate needed, top talent may be presented in as little as 7 to 14 business days. We will continue to send candidates, until the positions are filled.

The final payment on the agreed upon fee is invoiced 60 days from commencement or at the completion of the project, whichever is sooner. Fees are determined based on number of openings and the level of positions being filled. We guarantee a savings of at least 25% from typical agency fees and overall recruitment costs or we will absorb the difference.
