Jo-Ann Hadaway-Fletcher :
has recruited for nationally acclaimed companies like The Cheesecake Factory, Bubba Gump Shrimp, Applebee’s, Denny’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Ted’s Montana Grill, Arby's, BJ’s Restaurant Group, Starr Restaurant Group and several other franchises and independent restaurateurs. She refers to her clients as partners, not customers and maintains a passion for their success. Two of her most popular sayings are “Get it RIGHT the FIRST time” and “Treat everyone the way that you want to be treated”. Before transitioning to recruiting, Ms. Fletcher held leadership technical positions with major corporations like Citicorp, Sprint, Verizon and Axys Solutions. With tenacity for instituting structure, finely tuned efficiency and building high performance teams, she was instrumental in the development and expansion of these firms before founding Pioneer Staffing in 2002, with her spouse, Clint Fletcher, and other business partners.

While working in the contingency recruiting arena for seven years, Ms. Fletcher began noticing various short falls to quality, partnership, reliable delivery and results. She observed prices for direct placement fees, in most cases, seemed unaffordable for small to medium businesses. A connoisseur for perfection and settling for nothing less, Ms. Fletcher went to work, designing and implementing a Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution that will surpass any contingency recruiting service. A new company was born and Pioneer Staffing was then split into two companies – Pioneer Staffing offering retained services for upper management and corporate positions and Complete Search Services an RPO division, catered towards hourly staffing and entry to mid-level management positions for small to medium businesses.

A mother of four, two boys and two girls, she spends most of her free time participating in children’s activities – she is still working on acquiring the title “supermom”. Her hobbies include listening to music and traveling. A graduate of Smith College, Northampton, MA – Jo-Ann enjoys spending time mentoring and coaching teenagers and young adults on college preparation and selection, future goal planning and money management.

Clint Fletcher :
ventured into the recruitment and staffing industry in 1997 and is considered a subject matter expert. It was a natural transition to merge his skills from prior corporate positions. His staffing expertise lies in the Restaurant & Hospitality and Information Technology industries. His success is in large to his ability to interact with any individual coupled with his “must win attitude” – failure is not an option. A huge football and basketball enthusiast – Clint’s sportsmanship, team spirit and leadership can be seen in any project he takes on - fun but DETERMINED. His client partners include some of the largest franchises in the US, national corporate chains, multi-unit operators, and independent owners. His client list spans from Fortune 500 companies to national award winners. Mr. Fletcher prides himself in treating all customers equally, bringing the same intensity to finding the right talent and delivering high quality results at all times.

An advocate for the necessity of passive candidate recruitment strategies, such as cold calling, Clint has also implemented several leading edge techniques to ensure that all client partners get the best quality available. Throughout the years, he has mentored and trained scores of new recruiters entering the field of recruiting. He loves the thrill of recruiting, pairing candidates with his client partners and vice versa. His ability to listen to their wants and needs is what sets him truly apart. He stays energized and is known by colleagues as “THE TEMPERATE HUNTER” - never forcing an issue, but getting the job done. Mr. Fletcher prides himself on his team's ability to seamlessly integrate with any company or HR department and whether it's in the spotlight or in the background, to assist in elevating that company and helping to reach their staffing and recruitment goals.

He is married to his high school sweetheart; together they are the parents of 4. He spends most of his free time coaching his son’s team and participating in their extracurricular activities. For relaxation, he can be found watching a taped episode of 24 or Law & Order when he is not in the stands or on his couch, “screaming” at a Dallas Mavericks or Dallas Cowboys game.
