The first question that I am typically asked by clients is “Why the Change?” For over eight years Pioneer Staffing, our first company, had achieved great success in the staffing arena and companies wanted to know, why RPO. I believe this to be a valid question. When it came down to it, we were no longer happy with the status quo and started on the path to find a better way to service our clients.
After extensive research, surveys and discussions, the RPO model outshined all other solutions.
