CSS offers Candidate Screening Services as a standalone service or it can be combined with other services, such as Candidate Sourcing to create a complete front end solution. Screening applicants can be an extremely time intensive task as it often involves leaving multiple messages, playing phone tag and reviewing voicemails. Additionally, in the restaurant, retail and hospitality fields, employees often work late hours and are typically not easily accessible during the day. Our standard work hours include several late nights and weekends giving us the ability to connect with candidates as they are available.

To begin, your account manager will execute a Client’s Need Analysis, where we acquire the information on what makes up your ideal candidate. Our trained Talent Screeners go beyond experience, and look at things such as overall company culture, team dynamics, candidate’s aspirations, proven performance and work ethic. Our goal is build you a short list of candidates that are not only qualified to work for you, but WANT to work for your organization.

Part of this process, includes assisting the candidate in learning more about your organization. Because of time crunches, many recruiters skip this phase of “selling” and “marketing” the opportunity, which is now more important than it was in the past, because of heavy competition. We provide an accurate presentation about the position, answering all questions and concerns. By discussing the job requirements upfront, it significantly limits offer turndowns and falloffs that can occur in the process.

Additionally interview times and reference information is collected and provided with your report. The report contains a summary of the interview, along with our recommendations. Optionally, clients may choose to have us execute Reference Checks or Talent Assessments according to their needs.

This is a highly customized solution based on the clients need, so all questions and overall strategy can be modified to assure maximum results. Our clients receive a weekly invoice, with the number of hours expended. Rates decrease based on volume. Clients can opt to set a maximum weekly usage that is in line with their budget or utilize a flat fee package for high volume openings.
