The executive team combined has over 20 years in the recruiting industry and 14 years working with cutting edge technological tools and utilities. This combined experience has allowed for a merging of great minds and concepts and after extensive research, surveys and analysis, Complete Search Services (CSS) was formed.
CSS is affiliated with Pioneer Staffing Inc., and combined our Talent Specialist have recruited for several of the top and growing companies in the US. We work with national chains, regional chains, franchisees, multi-unit operators and the single unit owner. Our emphasis is on delivering a QUALITY driven solution with quantifiable results. After years of working in the contingency recruiting arena, our management team observed several areas of improvement that was needed to best satisfy the staffing and recruitment needs of companies nationwide. Instead of remaining satisfied with the status quo, the executive team created solutions that effectively solve the staffing needs of our client partners by implementing a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model.
